to lead the nationwide expansion of our independent sales force. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales leader with a strong background in B2B sales and team development.


As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a national network of independent sales partners while also maintaining the opportunity to drive personal sales and earn residual income. This is a performance-based role offering long-term earning potential and leadership growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and onboard independent sales professionals across multiple U.S. markets Deliver ongoing coaching, training, and support to drive sales team performance Manage team pipelines, sales reporting, and production benchmarks Actively generate and close new business opportunities within your personal bookAlign team growth strategies with Swipe Pay’s national objectives and service standards

Qualifications:

Manager

Swipe Pay is seeking high-performing, leadership-minded Territory Managers to spearhead local market growth while actively driving new business acquisition.

In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for signing your own merchant accounts while also recruiting, training, and leading a small local sales team. Territory Managers are expected to lead by example — producing results through personal sales efforts and helping their team do the same.


Key Responsibilities:

Actively prospect, present, and close new merchant accounts within your territory Recruit, onboard, and manage a small team of local sales representatives Provide field mentorship, accountability, and ongoing sales coaching Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to company processes Collaborate with executive leadership to align local strategies with company goals


Qualifications:

Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in merchant services or fintech Strong leadership and team development skills Self-driven with a high level of accountability and professionalism Comfortable managing both personal and team pipelines simultaneously
